• La habitación arrendada se destinará exclusivamente al uso por la propia arrendataria sin que se pueda compartir la habitación con otras personas salvo visitas.
• El inquilino se someterá a las normas de uso y reglamento de Comunidad que rigen en los inmuebles y en cualquier caso a las de buena vecindad.
• Queda expresamente prohibido introducir en el piso animales, aunque éstos fueran domésticos.
• Queda expresamente prohibido fumar en el  interior del piso, pero se puede fumar en la terraza y el balcón.
• El inquilino se compromete a mantener, en todo momento, una buena convivencia con las demás personas hospedadas en el piso. El incumplimiento de dicho compromiso será causa de resolución del contrato.
• Está prohibido destinar la habitación a cualquier otro uso que no sea el especificado.
• No se admiten parejas.
• No se admiten menores de edad. (18-35 años)

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The rented room will be exclusively for the use of the tenant, without the possibility of sharing the room with other people, except for visitors.
• The tenant will be subject to the rules of use and community regulations governing the property, and in any case, to the rules of good neighbourliness.
• It is expressly forbidden to bring animals into the flat, even if they are domestic animals.
• It is expressly forbidden to smoke inside the flat, but smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
• The tenant undertakes to maintain, at all times, a good coexistence with the other people staying in the flat. Failure to comply with this commitment will be cause for termination of the contract.
• It is forbidden to use the room for any other purpose than that specified.
• Couples are not allowed.
• Minors are not allowed (just admitted 18-35 years old).
